These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Jayakaya99 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jayakaya99 platform, including all associated products, services, games, features, and content available at https://jayakaya99.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by an individual on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and applicable bonus funds.

To register and maintain an active account on Jayakaya99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have had a previous account on the Platform that was suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

4.1 Single Account Rule. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected will be suspended immediately.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration and at all subsequent stages of your relationship with Jayakaya99. You are required to notify us promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Jayakaya99 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). Jayakaya99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

5.1 By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

5.2 You agree that all bets and wagers placed on the Platform represent your own personal decisions, made with full awareness of the associated financial risk.

5.3 You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your account. Jayakaya99 does not guarantee any outcome or profit from the use of its Services.

5.4 You agree not to use any automated systems, bots, software, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised by Jayakaya99.

5.5 You agree not to engage in any activity that could interfere with, disrupt, or overburden the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or associated networks.

5.6 Jayakaya99 reserves the right to void any bet, cancel any transaction, and suspend or permanently close any account where we reasonably suspect misuse, technical exploitation, collusion, or manipulation of the Platform or its outcomes.

6.1 Supported Currencies. The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account transactions — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated and processed in MYR.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. Jayakaya99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits may apply and vary by payment method.

6.4 Processing Times. Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are credited near-instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) business day in most cases, subject to KYC clearance and compliance checks.

6.5 Own Payment Methods. You may only deposit funds using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Jayakaya99 reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected to have been made from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder.

6.6 Anti-Money Laundering. In accordance with applicable international AML standards, Jayakaya99 may request documentary evidence relating to the source of funds prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Users are required to cooperate fully with such requests.

7.1 All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards are offered at the sole discretion of Jayakaya99 and are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering or rollover requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active in your account, individual bets must not exceed the maximum bet threshold specified in the promotion terms (typically between RM250 and RM500 per bet). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute at 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack typically contribute at 10% to 20%. Live dealer games and crash games may carry different contribution rates. Specific rates are published in each promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will be automatically removed from the account without replacement.

7.6 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, or other methods determined by Jayakaya99 to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account suspension.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of Jayakaya99. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time, without providing a reason.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at any time, including for individual user accounts.

8.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event that an incorrect price, margin, or market outcome is offered due to a manifest error, Jayakaya99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. This includes pricing errors on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other available markets.

8.4 Cancellations and Voids. Jayakaya99 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet where the relevant event is cancelled, suspended, or does not proceed in accordance with applicable sporting rules. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's account balance.

8.5 In-Play Betting. Bets placed on live or in-play markets are accepted subject to the condition that the stated odds were correct at the time of acceptance. Where a delay in bet confirmation occurs, the odds displayed at the time of acceptance may differ from the final accepted odds, which shall be binding.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of the Platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or other illegal sources to fund an account.
• Attempting to manipulate bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Deploying any form of automated betting software, AI-driven strategy tool, or arbitrage system without express written authorisation from Jayakaya99.
• Sharing account access, login credentials, or winnings with any third party in a manner that circumvents the Company's anti-fraud controls.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's operation or other users' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code or underlying technology of the Platform.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of Jayakaya99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Jayakaya99.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jayakaya99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

11.2 Jayakaya99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.

11.3 In all circumstances, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any User arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their account in the preceding thirty (30) days.

11.4 Jayakaya99 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made by Users, changes in odds, market suspensions, or the outcome of any sporting or gaming event.

12.1 Jayakaya99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. The Platform provides a range of voluntary self-management tools accessible from within your account settings.

12.2 Available tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods (ranging from one week to six months), and permanent self-exclusion.

12.3 Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period has been activated, the restriction cannot be lifted before its stated expiry. Requests to shorten active exclusion periods will not be accommodated.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account.

14.1 These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jayakaya99 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and Jayakaya99, you agree to first seek resolution through our customer support team by contacting us via live chat or the email address provided in the Contact Us section below.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an independent arbitration body as designated by Jayakaya99 from time to time. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 Nothing in this clause shall preclude either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
